Finance & Accounting / Controlling Specialist (f/m/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Responsibility for the daily financial operations of individual companies
• Responsibility for correct and timely financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting including dunning and collection processes
• Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and SWISS GAAP FER including reporting
• Responsibility for VAT returns and tax declarations
• Implementation and further development of controlling
• Preparation of key figures, analyses, and business evaluations
• Active participation in budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes
• Technical responsibility for the financial integration of new companies
• Project management or sub-project management in digitalization and optimization projects in the finance area
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

We look forward to this profile

• Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting, fiduciary affairs, or a business administration degree (FH/Uni)
• Several years of professional experience in a fiduciary environment or finance & accounting
• Interest and experience in the field of controlling and business analyses
• Sound knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to SWISS GAAP FER and the Code of Obligations
• Proficient use of ERP systems and very good Excel skills
• Precise, independent, and reliable way of working
• Team player and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• High service orientation as well as a confident appearance towards various stakeholders
• Willingness to occasionally travel within Switzerland
