For one of our clients in the health insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to strengthen the administrative team as part of a long-term mission.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the typing and formatting of medical reports with speed and precision
• Guarantee excellent writing quality and compliance with medical terminology
• Perform necessary spelling and grammatical corrections
• Process documents within the specified deadlines
• Collaborate with doctors and administrative teams

Profile

• Medical Secretary diploma mandatory or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical secretarial work and in Switzerland
• Excellent command of written French
• Impeccable spelling
• Great speed and ease in typing medical reports
• Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion
• Good resistance to stress and ability to manage a large volume of documents
