The Hotel FIVE Zurich is a modern lifestyle hotel and welcomes guests from all over the world. To strengthen our front office team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Front Desk Agent immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks

-Check-in and check-out of our international hotel guests

-Personal and professional guest care at the front desk

-Execution of general reception and correspondence work

-Management of your own cash register as well as exchange of foreign currencies

Your profile

-Professional experience at the reception, ideally in luxury hotels

-Joy in upscale hospitality and dealing with international guests

-Flexibility and resilience (including weekend services)

-Team player with a pronounced host mentality

-Very good English and German language skills in word and writing, additional languages an advantage
