Deputy Store Manager 80-100% in our main branch at Falkenplatz

For our Heini main branch at Falkenplatz, in the middle of the Lucerne old town, we are looking for a young, responsible, communicative and team-oriented personality as Deputy Store Manager 80-100% as soon as possible or by arrangement.

These are your main tasks

• Co-responsibility and leading of approx. 8 employees in the store
• Consulting, service & sale of Heini products in the retail store, via

E-Mail and on the telephone

• Receipt & forwarding of customer and internal orders via

the telephone, via e-mail and other channels

• Support of the Store Manager in the areas of apprentice training,

promotions, sales promotions, store presentations, management of
the own website and all legal hygiene regulations

What we wish from you

• A sound education as Detailhandelsfachfrau/Mann EFZ/EBA
• Strong in sales and experience in a similar position (bakery, confectionery)
• Expedient and exact working for internal & external orders on the phone & PC
• Role model function and support of the whole sales team and our

apprentice (2nd year of apprenticeship)

• Understand and speak Swiss German as well as a foreign language is an advantage
