Your mission

• Define and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Manage, develop, and unite a team of approximately 20 people around a common vision.
• Drive S&OP and MPS processes to align demand, capacities, and resources.
• Optimize stocks, flows, and service levels to support company growth.
• Support transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Actively contribute to strategic decisions as a member of the Executive Committee

Your profile

• Proven experience in managing an industrial Supply Chain.
• Solid mastery of planning processes, flows, and ERPs, ideally SAP.
• Strategic vision, pragmatism, and strong results orientation.
• Hands-on approach, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.
