Specialist in Care ISR - 1:1 accompaniment in Schulhaus Grünau, 80 %

For Schule Grünau, we are looking from 1 November 2026 to 12 February 2027 for a committed specialist in care ISR with a workload of approx. 80 %. You will accompany a child within the framework of integrated special education under the responsibility of the regular school (ISR) in a 1:1 setting. You support the child in lessons, in care, and during leisure activities and enable them to participate in daily school life. The working hours depend on the child's accompaniment needs and will be clarified in a personal interview.

Tasks ##

• You accompany a child with special support needs in a 1:1 setting during lessons, in care, and during leisure activities
• You support the child with learning and everyday tasks as well as during transitions and breaks in consultation with the teacher and the school remedial educator (SHP)
• You promote their independence, their social skills, and their participation in daily class and group life
• You establish a reliable relationship, provide orientation, and accompany the child calmly and clearly even in challenging situations
• You work closely with teachers, SHP, and care staff, implement agreed measures, and document relevant observations briefly and traceably

Profile ##

• You have a degree as a specialist in care EFZ, preferably specializing in children or people with disabilities, or an equivalent recognized training. For foreign degrees, Swiss recognition is required
• You bring experience in the care of children; experience in 1:1 accompaniment, in the ISR area, or with special support needs is an advantage
• You approach children appreciatively and patiently, establish sustainable relationships, and can set clear boundaries
• You are resilient, reliable, and flexible, and remain calm and capable of action even in challenging situations
• You work independently and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, reflect on your actions, and have good German language skills in speaking and writing
