Panel beater painter

The employer is looking for a: Panel beater / Painter (reported profession) Tasks: • the selected candidate will mainly handle the following activities throughout the day: • surface preparation: sanding, filling, insulating and application of the primer. • spray painting: partial or total painting of cars using latest generation water-based paints. • color mixing: use of computerized color mixing systems and spectrophotometer for the exact identification and composition of the shade. • finishing and quality control: polishing, elimination of any imperfections and assembly/disassembly of body components. • light carpentry repairs: support in the beating and straightening of small dents (hail, small impacts). Requirements: • at least 3-5 years of previous and consolidated experience in the role. • excellent manual skills, millimeter precision and deep knowledge of modern painting and drying cycles. • strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness and precision in performing tasks, attitude towards teamwork. • driving license cat.B • with own vehicle Employment details: • place of work Lugano • 100% employment • employment from immediately until 31.12.2026 for a fixed term • salary according to the CCL of the sector
