Clerk Vehicle Check-In (a) Through our transshipment points and logistics centers in Altishofen, we handle incoming deliveries from abroad, the storage, disposition, and delivery of various new cars as well as used vehicles for the Swiss market. To complement our team, we are looking for you as a Clerk Vehicle Check-In, effective immediately or by arrangement. Area of responsibility * Customer support * Communication with customers and dealers via telephone and e-mail * Printing documents and assigning them to the corresponding vehicles * Recording, mutating, and coordinating vehicles in the IT system * Support of all vehicle fleets and parking areas * Monitoring and ensuring processes Profile requirements * Commercial or equivalent training (commercial diploma) * Good MS Office knowledge & affinity for ERP systems * Enjoyment of precise and expeditious work with data and numbers * Interest in cars and the automotive industry * Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French or English skills are an advantage * Networked thinking, resilience, and a precise way of working * Reliable, customer-oriented, and team-capable personality Offer * Future-oriented company * Top modern infrastructure * A cool, motivated, collegial team * Additional hours can be compensated * Free employee parking For this position, we can only consider direct applications.
