Social Pedagogical Family Support

Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be effective with families in child protection and be part of a new project? Our outpatient and outreach services are in demand. For 1.5 years, we have been building up a new service with a new, fresh team. Therefore, for the new, regional location in Olten, we are looking for Social Pedagogical Family Support (with deputy function for the management) ## Your job: ### You work in the immediate daily life of families who are in acute crises or have been in difficult life situations for a long time and require support in parenting matters. You coach parents in their role as those responsible for upbringing, utilize existing resources, expand their competencies in various areas of life, and work in a systemic-solution-oriented manner. The focus is on ensuring and promoting child welfare, with a focus on the healthy development of children and adolescents. You work as a case-leading specialist mostly independently or in co-settings with many design possibilities in the direct living and life environment of the families. In the absence of the management, you hold their deputy position. The start of employment is immediate or by arrangement. You bring with you: ### • Degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF), psychology (BA/MA) or comparable • Sound professional experience in working with parents and family systems • Initial leadership and/or project management experience and motivation for it • Systemic, solution-oriented attitude and way of working • You can grasp complex situations well and do not get unsettled easily - crisis intervention skills and patience are required • Flexibility (work at edge times, early evening, afternoons or also weekends [if requested by employees]) • Resilience and balance • Relationship-building skills, patience and humor • Good oral and written communication skills - reporting to indication centers • Good PC user skills, good work organization and self-management • Driver's license Cat.
