Our client is a leading Swiss group active in the construction and associated services sector. As part of an important financial and digital transformation project, we are looking for an Experienced Accountant & SAP S/4HANA at 100% to strengthen the Finance team based in the canton of Fribourg.

Job Description ##

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will hold a hybrid role combining accounting responsibilities and active participation in a strategic ERP implementation project. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure the complete accounting management of several group entities, autonomously;
• Perform monthly and annual closings as well as financial reporting activities;
• Participate in the monitoring of fiscal and regulatory aspects of the companies under your responsibility;
• Contribute to the consolidation of accounts according to group standards;
• Actively participate in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation project;
• Act as a link between the Finance teams, business users, and ERP project stakeholders;
• Participate in the definition, harmonization, and optimization of financial processes;
• Support the testing, validation, training, and go-live phases of the new ERP;
• Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of Finance tools and processes.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting, Bachelor's degree or training deemed equivalent;
• Proven experience in financial accounting and autonomous management of accounts;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA as a SAP Key User;
• Participation in an ERP implementation, migration, or evolution project;
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes;
• Strong appetite for IT tools and digital transformation;
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized personality;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and evolve in a transforming environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
