Your tasks
Independent setup and operation of the machining machines
Monitoring and optimization of the manufacturing processes
Operating several different machining machines, such as CNC machining centers (3 and 5 axes), surface grinding machines, EDM machines, etc.
Adapting and programming CNC programs on the programming system (Mastercam)
Checking the manufactured products according to order papers and drawings (function as self-inspector)
Operating the 3D measuring machine
Your profile
Completed training as a Polymechaniker or comparable qualification in the metal industry
Experience in operating and setting up CNC machines, ideally in medical technology
Willingness for apprentice supervision and deputy tasks
Good knowledge in programming on Mastercam
Experience in wire and sinker EDM is an advantage
High quality awareness and precise way of working
Teamwork skills, reliability and initiative
Willingness to work in a two-shift system (Mo-Fr)
Very good German skills are a must – English skills are an advantage
