For our client, a family-run agency well-anchored in the local heritage, we are looking for a Real Estate Accounting Manager mastering Quorum.

Real Estate Accounting Manager

Accompanied by your team, you are in charge of:

• Supervision of real estate accounting and current operations
• Establishment of year-end closings, management statements and service charge statements
• Monitoring of owner, tenant and supplier accounts
• Control and reconciliation of accounts
• Reportings
• Improvement and reliability of accounting processes.
• Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland with initial experience in management
• Mastery of Quorum - indispensable
• Salary: between 8500 and 9000 x 13 depending on the candidate
