Technical Caretaker 100 % (f/m) Your Profile You have completed basic technical training – for example as an electrical, sanitary or heating installer EFZ, specialist in facility management EFZ – or have a comparable training in the field of building technology. Several years of professional experience in the technical maintenance of buildings or properties Good knowledge in the areas of electrical, sanitary and building technology Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working High sense of responsibility and manual dexterity Friendly and service-oriented appearance Good German language skills in spoken and written form Driver's license category B Your Area of Responsibility Monitoring, control and maintenance of the building's technical systems Carrying out maintenance, repair and restoration work Rectification of malfunctions as well as coordination and supervision of external specialist companies Regular inspection rounds in buildings and on the premises Winter service and availability for on-call service Support during apartment inspections and handovers Contact person for tenants regarding technical concerns The focus of this function is on the technical maintenance and operation of the properties. The cleaning and care of the green areas are mostly carried out by separate teams.
