YOU POSSESS • A HES Bachelor in nursing or a CRS-recognized nurse diploma • A postgraduate training (CAS or DU) in Wounds and Cicatrization, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of acute and chronic wounds with the desire to train. • Stomatherapy training or the desire to be trained in this field. • An expert clinical posture and autonomy • Great autonomy while knowing how to work interdisciplinary • An ability to communicate in a positive and constructive manner   YOUR OBJECTIVES • Elaborate care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team, based on collected data and taking into account a global therapeutic project. • Provide expertise in wound care and cicatrization to nurses in the services, doctors, and other stakeholders • Ensure quality care in terms of technical and relational care, therapeutic education, advice, and support for stoma patients, presenting external fistulas and/or suffering from continence disorders • Intervene transversally across the entire institution, in outpatient and at home, in interprofessional coordination • Contribute to the harmonization of nursing practices in these specific areas and participate in the development of projects led • Work in partnership with the stomatherapy/wound unit team and with the medical-nursing teams of our five hospital sites, internally and externally, at home, in collaboration with the Fondation de La Côte.   WE ARE • An institution comprising acute care and rehabilitation establishments, a private clinic, nursing homes, medical centers, and outpatient clinics distributed in the La Côte region as well as the 1st clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the healthcare environment in French-speaking Switzerland. • A care network allowing many opportunities for internal transfer according to the aspirations and development projects of employees. • More than 2000 employees taking care of patients and residents of the region, sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment favoring the realization of projects. • A training company committed to training the next generation, counting approximately 80 apprentices in 16 different trades, 200 HES-ES interns, and nearly 300 doctors in training.
