Technical Clerk - Electrical Engineering - Internal Sales

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring customer support in the internal sales department.

Your tasks

• Creation of offers.
• Order confirmations
• Deliveries and invoices
• Sales conversations, negotiation, contract conclusions with customers for individual orders and framework agreements.
• Project work with customers and suppliers.
• Customer care.
• Ensuring seamless customer and supplier support.
• Revenue achievement
• Realization of the gross margin target (MIS).
• Ensuring process quality according to ISO 9001

Your profile

• Commercial training with technical understanding
• Interest and knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
• Experience in project and product consulting
• High customer, service, and solution orientation
• very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
• good IT skills (MS Office suite, SAP Business One)
• networked and entrepreneurial thinking, reliability, trustworthiness, independence and expeditious way of working
