Plasta job ref.: Job no. 00002496571 The recruitment agency is looking for one of its clients: Watchmaking Operator / Watchmaking Operator • Function: Watchmaking Operator (M/F/D) • CDI position at 100 % • Workplace: Bulle • Start date: 01.12.2026 Profile: • Qualified person (AFP) with a minimum of 3 years of similar experience Mission: • Perform the movements and decoration operations of watches in compliance with quality standards • Assemble watch cases with precision and meticulousness • Control the aesthetic appearance of components and finished products • Perform the necessary self-checks to guarantee irreproachable quality • Ensure versatility across different workstations in the workshop according to production needs • Use production software to ensure the monitoring of operations • Respect procedures, quality requirements and manufacturing deadlines • Collaborate with the different teams to guarantee performance and customer satisfaction
