The Service des bâtiments SBat is a central service that acts as a service provider to other Directorates, services, and establishments of the cantonal administration. In the context of the reopening of the Bibliothèque Cantonale Universitaire du Canton de Fribourg as well as for the organization of the maintenance and operation service of the buildings of the pool centre, we are looking for an experienced concierge to meet the needs of users. Your missions You are the technical referent for contractors engaged in building maintenance and for users You ensure the routine maintenance of the premises and surroundings of the buildings (snow removal, green spaces) You organize, plan, and supervise the cleaning work of the building with the cleaning staff as well as external contractors You carry out technical surveillance rounds and ensure the management of CVCS installations You are able to carry out simple repair work on technical installations and in the buildings You understand and are able to intervene on closing plans as well as in access management You manage the disposal and recovery of waste You ensure the security of the building (escape routes, fire detection, etc.) You occasionally and upon request perform specific work during the night, Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays Profile desired CFC d'agent d'exploitation, or technical building training Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance and technical monitoring of connected buildings (domotics) Good knowledge of usual IT tools (MS Office) and ease with BMS (building management systems) programs Ability to work independently Proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable in interpersonal relationships Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language Contact details of contact persons Jean-Yves Jacquaz, Sector Head \Write an email\ (< >), T \+ jpid18aa219jm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
