For our client, a leading Swiss industrial company in the precision sector, we are looking for reinforcement for quality control. Our client impresses with modern manufacturing processes and the highest standards in component production. To sustainably ensure excellent product quality, a dedicated and precisely working personality is sought. Production Employee Soldering 100% Activity: • You will take over the crimping of special cables as well as the associated process steps according to internal guidelines. • You will carry out mechanical and electrical testing procedures using various measuring devices. • You will document and record all test results without gaps. • You will pack the tested products after successful completion of the quality controls. • You will recognize deviations in quality, report them immediately, and initiate appropriate corrective measures. • You will actively participate in the optimization of processes and participate in Lean Management initiatives such as 5S. • You will carry out maintenance and servicing work on the systems independently according to specifications. Qualifications • You have completed basic mechanical training (for example as a Polymechaniker*in). • You have practical experience in the manufacture and control of cable assemblies, including soldering and crimping work. • You possess excellent fine motor skills in handling delicate components. • You have a pronounced technical understanding, quick comprehension, and an exact way of working. • You are resilient, cooperative, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • You show flexibility regarding changing assignments in different production areas. • You master the German language in spoken and written form at a very good level. • You are experienced in handling common IT applications and ERP systems. • You bring the willingness to work in a 3-shift model.
