In this context, you guarantee the proper functioning, compliance, and optimization of all the technical installations of La Vaudoise aréna. You contribute actively to energy efficiency and the continuous improvement of consumption, while maintaining the comfort of the [missing text] and the campus. Your responsibilities * organize and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of all the technical installations of the campus with the support of the CMMS * manage the technical installations of the building: HVAC, electricity, sanitary, lighting and DALI home automation, MCR/BMS, through internal interventions or by mobilizing specialized companies * ensure the monitoring of regulatory inspections, the compliance of installations and the updating of technical documentation: plans, reports, procedures and registers * assist the Director of Operations in the development, monitoring and evolution of preventive, planned and curative maintenance strategies, as well as the technical maintenance concept of the structure, by analyzing the risks, profitability, quality and consistency of investment and maintenance operations * manage the budget of the technical service, monitor performance indicators (KPI) and contribute to the optimization of resources, contracts and investments * control energy consumption (thermal, cold, hydraulic) and adapt settings accordingly * supervise the planning of spaces dedicated to sports practice and the management of the relationship with the different sports clubs Your profile * higher technical training (ES, HES or equivalent) in building technology, electrotechnics, HVACSE or CFC in one of these trades, ideally supplemented by a diploma in Facility Management and maintenance or the federal patent in maintenance * training as a [missing text], an asset * confirmed experience of more than 5 years in the operation and maintenance of building technical installations and in team management * solid knowledge in HVACSE, BMS/MCR and home automation * mastery of CMMS and ease with IT tools * knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements applicable to technical installations and fire safety (AEAI / CSI directives), an asset * autonomy, sense of responsibility and priorities, solution and results orientation * excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various internal and external partners * very good mastery of French, English and/or German a plus * hourly flexibility (including evenings, nights and weekends) for the on-call service, events or other interventions * driving license and geographical proximity ( 1 h) indispensable We offer A varied position at the heart of a modern technical environment, a multidisciplinary team focused on sport and events, as well as attractive engagement conditions.
