HR Development Specialist (all) Your tasks Your ideas make the difference: Help shape the BKW Building Solutions Academy and further develop our competence center for learning and development. You recognize strategic competence and development needs and translate them into effective learning and development offers. Together with the Academy team, you develop learning formats that are practical, inspiring, and enable a sustainable transfer into everyday work life. You ensure that our offers are easily accessible, appropriate for the target group, and effective. You help shape and further develop development instruments and processes such as talent and performance management. You drive forward the digitalization of the learning and development landscape and accompany the introduction and further development of an LMS . You work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders and contribute to people and the organization developing further together. What you bring with you Experience in human resources development, adult education, or in Learning & Development with corresponding further training. You recognize development needs and know how to derive effective and practical solutions from them. You enjoy moving between strategy and implementation and bring ideas to their goal with the necessary dose of pragmatism. You enjoy working with a wide variety of people – from employees on the construction site to management. You take responsibility, work independently, and actively drive topics forward. You appreciate an uncomplicated working environment with little hierarchy, a lot of creative freedom, and colleagues who do not lose their sense of humor even in demanding situations.
