Gasthaus Adler Allenwinden in the Canton of Zug stands for well-maintained hospitality and fresh seasonal cuisine, and to innovatively strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed individual as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Mise en place and preparation at the entremetier station
• Production during service times
• Processing of fresh and seasonal products
• Assistance with à la carte service and smaller banquets
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Enjoyment of teamwork and lively restaurant operations
• Passion for fresh, seasonal products
• Reliable, clean, and independent way of working
• Motivation to take on responsibility and contribute
