Your field of activity ###

• Together with your team, you take responsibility for the smooth running of consultations in the dermatological clinic
• You manage the reception and the telephone switchboard, coordinate consultation appointments, and undertake versatile administrative tasks
• In addition, you accompany patients during their stay and support the dermatological consultation (e.g., with blood collection, injections, dressings, light therapies, as well as assistance during minor procedures).
• Close and constructive cooperation with the responsible secretariats, outpatient departments, case managers, dermatologists, and general practitioners is a matter of course for you

Your experience ###

• You have completed training as a Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in or Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit and ideally bring experience in the outpatient sector
• You enjoy working in a motivated, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional environment and value cooperation in a competent and appreciative team
• Respectful and empathetic handling of patients is a matter of course for you
• You are characterized by a quick grasp of matters as well as a structured, reliable, and precise way of working
