YOUR TASKS • Responsibility for the functional support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Execution and maintenance of payroll-relevant configurations such as schemas, rules, infotypes, and wage types • Analysis and solution of complex payroll- and system-related issues in 2nd- and 3rd-level support • Support and execution of payroll tests, parallel runs, and release validations • Ensuring correct and consistent mapping of payroll processes as well as relevant compliance requirements • Collaboration on payroll-related system implementations, transformations, as well as automation and standardization initiatives • Close cooperation with HR, Payroll, SSC, and IT, as well as maintenance of documentation and system guidelines <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Several years of experience in the field of payroll systems, ideally with SAP ECP or SAP Payroll • Sound knowledge of payroll processes, wage types, calculation logics, and regulatory requirements • Experience in the functional support and configuration of SAP ECP • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a high service orientation • Analytical thinking skills as well as enjoyment in solving complex payroll-related issues • Experience in payroll transformations, system implementations, or digitalization projects is an advantage • Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage <br /> Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
