Deputy Management / Head of Psychiatric Nursing m/f 60-100%

We are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as Deputy Management / Head of Psychiatric Nursing, starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this responsible function, you will take over the professional leadership and development of the psychiatric nursing sector and ensure professional and individual care of clients in their home environment.

Your tasks:

• Professional and organizational management of the psychiatry sector
• Ensuring high-quality psychiatric nursing
• Case management and support of clients
• Conducting needs assessments as well as nursing planning and documentation
• Coordination and cooperation with doctors, clinics, therapists, relatives and other specialist agencies
• Ensuring and further developing quality standards
• Co-shaping and further developing the psychiatric Spitex offering

Your profile:

• Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH with experience in psychiatry
• Experience in the outpatient sector or in Spitex is an advantage
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working
• High social competence and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Driver's license Cat. B
