WHAT YOU WILL MOVE

• You independently manage financial and payroll accounting and are responsible for VAT
• You prepare interim and annual financial statements for companies in a wide variety of industries
• You advise our clients on diverse questions regarding accounting, payroll administration, social insurance, and taxes
• You are a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and create real added value for their decisions
• You coach the clerks assigned to your mandates
• You work directly with the partners responsible for mandates and benefit from their know-how
• You actively contribute to the further development of our digital processes

WHAT YOU BRING

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Services or Finance and Accounting or a comparable qualification (e.g., Bachelor in Business Administration)
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Enjoyment of digital working methods and interest in modern solutions
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• High customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage
