Your tasks

In this responsible key position, you will take on the functional and personnel management of production logistics and ensure the optimal material supply for manufacturing. The focus is not on classic transport or warehouse logistics, but on the efficient control of all internal material flows along the value chain. You coordinate the cooperation between production, AVOR/PPS, purchasing and other internal interfaces and ensure that materials, components and semi-finished products are available on time and according to requirements. In addition, you are actively involved in day-to-day business, slightly analyzing and optimizing existing processes, further developing modern logistics concepts and actively contributing to the increase of efficiency, productivity and delivery performance. Monitoring relevant key figures, the continuous improvement of processes as well as the further development of ERP-supported processes are as much part of your area of responsibility as the leadership and promotion of your 3-person team.

Your profile

• Basic training in logistics, production or technology with corresponding further training
• Several years of professional experience in the production logistics of an industrial environment
• Experience in the leadership of employees
• Sound knowledge of internal material flows and production supply processes
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems as well as the common MS Office applications
• Analytical and process-oriented way of thinking with strong organizational skills
• Assertive, resilient and strong-communication personality
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High initiative as well as pronounced hands-on mentality
• German in spoken and written, further language skills are an advantage
