Depending on the specialty and place of residence, activity in Zürich, in Aargau or in Basel is possible. Tasks Planning and implementation of demanding building services systems in the specialty of heating, ventilation or sanitary Processing of versatile projects in the areas of industry, laboratory, hospital and public buildings Development of sustainable and energy-efficient system and supply concepts Creation of technical drawings, calculations and planning documents Collaboration in specialist coordination Cooperation with clients, architects and other specialist planners Accompanying projects from planning to realization Ensuring the applicable quality standards and legal requirements Depending on experience taking over own projects and responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality Qualification Completed training as a Building Services Technician EFZ in the specialty of heating, ventilation or sanitary For a position as a Project Manager ideally ongoing or completed further training at TS, HF or FH level Good knowledge in CAD and/or BIM Confident handling of MS Office Independent, reliable and responsible way of working Enjoyment of technically demanding projects and of the cooperation with different project participants Applicants with initial professional experience and interest in further development into project management are also expressly welcome.
