Committed to innovation and the ecological transition of our concretes, we operate a network of 4 high-performance concrete plants. To lead our company, we are looking for our next Director (M/F). Your main missions The director is the direct respondent to the Board of Directors. Under its authority, he assumes the management of all the different activities of Béton Frais SA (concrete production, transport and pumping, others), in the most rational way possible, in compliance with quality assurance requirements while limiting the impact of our activities on the environment. He ensures efficient management of costs and revenues as well as the quality of the services offered. Your responsibilities Strategy, Finance and Investments The position consists of applying the strategy defined in collaboration with the Board of Directors in order to achieve the financial performance of the company. You optimize budgets and operational profitability, you plan and monitor investments as well as the management of land assets. Operations, Logistics and Quality The position consists of directing the operational exploitation of the concrete plants in order to guarantee maximum industrial efficiency, notably through the optimization of supply logistics flows while guaranteeing the normative conformity of finished products. Human Resources and Management The position involves directing all personnel by ensuring the recruitment, training, evaluation and daily animation of administrative and technical teams according to the necessary resources. Commercial and Development The position consists of ensuring the commercial part from the establishment of the offer to delivery and invoicing. You develop the company by searching for new opportunities and new markets as well as the development of new products. Your profile A keen sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal ease required. Experience in company management or in a position of responsibility, ideally in the concrete, construction or building materials sector. Ease in financial and operational management.
