The Stiftung Hofacker accompanies adult people with disabilities in the areas of living and daily structure. With 28 residential and 41 daily structure places, we create living and working spaces that enable inclusion, self-determination and participation. To strengthen our team in the Oberfeld daily structure, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) 60 % Shaping care, health and participation together We are convinced that a holistic accompaniment of people with disabilities requires both educational and nursing expertise. That's why professionals from different professions work closely together at the Stiftung Hofacker. As a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit, you bring your nursing expertise into an interdisciplinary team and make an important contribution to the health prevention, participation and quality of life of the accompanied people. You combine nursing expertise with a resource- and strength-oriented accompaniment in everyday life.
