Operations Employee Painting Plant (Loading-Hanging, Packing, Masking, Washing and Pickling)

General work in the painting plant. Correct post-treatment of stainless steel with stainless steel pickling using immersion, spray and manual pickling methods and manual pre-treatment of steel and aluminium while complying with personal, technical and ecological protective measures. • Loading and hanging of sheet metal parts • Visual and technical quality control according to inspection instructions • Logistics tasks such as packing, labeling the goods, storage and retrieval • Creating inspection protocols • Washing of metal parts (with high pressure) • Immersion and spray pickling of stainless steel • Manual pre-treatment of steel, aluminium and galvanized parts • Masking of parts according to drawing Requirement profile (professional and personal): • Manual dexterity • Experience in handling chemicals • Reading and understanding drawings • Precise way of working, quality awareness • Forklift license • very good German language skills • Willingness to handle chemicals • Willingness to work under increased protective measures • Resistance to cold and moisture, physically robust • is a team player
