For our customer, we are looking for a motivated production worker (100% m/f/d) by arrangement Job Description Independent feeding of the production plant with raw materials (pulling in pallets, filling in, vacuuming granulate, etc.) Production of pre-mixtures according to recipe as well as packaging of the finished compound and palletizing Active cooperation with other production plants as well as the technology, logistics and quality control departments Reporting to the machine or shift supervisor in case of deviations from the specifications Participation in regular maintenance and interventions on the production plant (e.g. sieve change) Management and maintenance of all necessary documentation Compliance with QM guidelines and safety regulations (e.g. mandatory wearing of glasses, PSA) Cleaning and maintenance of the production plants Implementation of regulations according to the QS manual Desired Profile Several years of professional experience in an industrial company Good physical condition for the requirements of the activity Confident German language skills in speaking and writing Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation incl.
