An established Swiss SME from the industrial sector, specialized in the manufacture of various systems, is looking for a committed personality as an Export Clerk (m/f) to strengthen its team.

In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in export processing and will be in daily exchange with international customers, partners, and authorities.

Your Task ##

• Customer support of international customers from the creation of quotes to invoicing
• Planning and organization of international transports by all means (land, air, and sea freight shipments)
• Creation of the required export documents (Carnet ATA, certificates of origin, customs documents, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with customs and export regulations as well as country-specific requirements
• Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.

Your Profile ##

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally you come from the industry
• Professional experience in export already gained
• Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written, others such as French are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and familiar handling of ERP systems
• Competent and confident appearance
