Your tasks: • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits • Taking on daily responsibility Your profile: • Completed training as a Specialist in Health EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • Knowledge of RAI is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of varied challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
