In this versatile function, you will take over the management of Business Support and support the Department Head of Auxiliary Carrier in operational and strategic topics. As a central interface between specialist departments, technology, and external partners, you will contribute to the further development of our processes, systems, and services. Your main tasks include leading the team management "Reception and Administration" as well as the "Technical Specialists". You will be responsible for the management of external service providers, coordinate internal stakeholder groups, accompany the further development of our applications, and take on project and development assignments. Additionally, you will ensure the maintenance and further development of our quality and process management, create evaluations and concepts. You have a commercial basic education with further training in the field of business administration, social insurance, health insurance, or a related field. We require management experience at the middle management level as well as experience in project, process, or business support functions. You have a high affinity for systems and technologies and communicate confidently with different stakeholder groups. In addition to very good German language skills, you bring good Austrian or Italian language skills.
