• 08 July 2026 • 60 - 80% • Indefinite duration • Schlieren Ok Quality, Safety & Mandate Implementation Steering Unit (h/f/d) 60-80% As a steering unit of the management, you are responsible for the implementation and continuous development of a pragmatic quality and safety management, and you create the basis for a safe, high-quality and legally compliant service. With clear standards, effective processes and a constant focus on improvement, you support the management and employees and make an essential contribution to the sustainable development of the organization. Tasks • Occupational safety and health protection: • Assuming the function of company safety delegate (SiBe) • Development and continuous development of the safety policy as well as definition of safety goals in collaboration with the management • Implementation and maintenance of an operational safety concept • Development and implementation of safety standards and preventive measures • Planning and implementation of training and awareness measures • Carrying out safety inspections and risk analyses • Advising and supporting management and employees on occupational safety issues • Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines • Analyzing events and defining appropriate improvement measures • Quality management and process development: • Definition, documentation and optimization of processes and workflows • Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards • Planning and implementation of internal quality audits • Analyzing quality deviations and developing adapted improvement measures • Developing indicators and analyses to support management • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement • Implementation and development of a pragmatic quality management system, in the medium term up to an ISO system • Support during mandate implementations: • Accompanying mandate takeovers and implementation projects • Supporting client transfers, commissioning and integration of new mandates • Creating and developing standards, models, checklists and work tools • Supporting the creation and implementation of implementation concepts Your profile • Ongoing training as a safety delegate (SiBe) or willingness to undergo this training • Completed training or further education in the field of Facility Management, business economics, technology or a comparable field • Experience in Facility Management, building maintenance or a comparable service sector is an advantage • Experience in accompanying projects, implementations or organizational changes • Knowledge of quality management and process management • Knowledge of management systems and ISO standards is an advantage • Good IT skills and affinity for digital processes and systems • Secure mastery of German spoken and written • Excellent communication and presentation skills • High social competence and pleasure in collaborating with different interest groups • Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Organizational talent with a high sense of quality • Entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatic implementation ability • Persuasive power combined with diplomatic tact • High personal initiative and sense of responsibility We offer a versatile key position with a high degree of freedom and direct contact with the management, allowing for short decision-making paths.
