Your main tasks You take on the professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of your team and, together with the employees, ensure high-quality and demand-oriented service delivery. As a team coach, you strengthen partial autonomy, promote individual responsibility, and support your team in actively performing assigned functions and developing good solutions together. You ensure clear processes and reliable cooperation within the team, ensure the exchange of information, and accompany employees in their professional and personal development. Together with your team, you ensure high quality, keep an eye on relevant key figures, and continuously develop work processes. To ensure quality, you are occasionally deployed directly with the clients. You work closely with the management, the team coach, and external specialist agencies and actively contribute your perspective to the further development of Spitex. You possess the following qualifications Nursing professional FH/HF with proven experience in nursing as well as acquisition of in-depth knowledge regarding the billing of nursing services according to KVG, leadership training and several years of leadership experience in the health or social sector, experience in coaching is an advantage, networked thinking, strong communication skills, ability to delegate, moderation skills, appreciation, and readiness for change.
