Your tasks In this exciting role, you are responsible for the leadership and the sustainable success of the Projects \& Specials team. You will further develop the Project Services \& Specials area together with the Head of Logistics and thus shape our Logistics Services area. Your tasks include: Leadership and development of the team through coaching, support and further training of employees Ensuring smooth operational business and effective supplier management Promoting a high customer and service orientation through efficient cross-departmental cooperation with interfaces such as field service, engineering, internal service and marketing Optimization of existing processes for constant adaptation to market needs and to achieve continuous further development Your profile Completed university degree, ideally in a commercial or engineering field Initial leadership experience desirable Very good knowledge in project management and understanding of complex processes and systems Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, knowledge of Lean methods and problem-solving techniques Proactive personality with strong communication skills, customer orientation and negotiation skills Ability to make decisions even in stressful situations and the ability to engage in constructive, goal-oriented discussions at eye level Experience working within a matrix structure and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders High IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems (ideally SAP) and databases Business-fluent language skills in German and English, French is an advantage Application documents For the application for this Phase-2-position we only require your cover letter and your talent card.
