Sequoia Star AG is a successful recruitment company focusing on the placement of temporary and permanent positions. To further drive growth, Sequoia Star AG is setting up a new location in Basel. For this entrepreneurial task, we are looking for an experienced, winning personality who will take over the local setup with passion and entrepreneurial flair.

Your area of responsibility

• Operational and technical management of the new Basel location, as well as being responsible from the ground up for the strategic and organizational setup
• Acquisition of new customers in the Basel area as well as maintenance of existing contacts
• Recruitment, consulting, and placement of candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• Successive building and leadership of your own team
• Representation of Sequoia Star AG externally and active positioning of the brand in the Basel market

Your profile

• Several years of experience in recruitment consulting or personnel placement, ideally with leadership experience
• Existing network and market knowledge in the Basel area
• Entrepreneurially minded, strong communication, and negotiation-capable personality
• Initiative, closing strength, and confident appearance towards customers and candidates
• Business fluent German, further language skills an advantage
