Our mission is to ensure maximum availability, service life, and value retention in drive technology.We are looking for a motivated and dynamic person at the Freienbach location Specialist Vocational Training / Deputy Master Craftsman (m/f/d)Your tasks: * Technical supervision and support of our apprentices in the production area * Support of the master craftsman as well as deputy in his absence * Planning, organization, and implementation of training units * Conveying technical, methodological, and safety knowledge * Promotion and assessment of apprentices in their professional development * Participation in the recruitment of apprentices and conducting trial apprenticeships * Participation in production as well as support with demanding manufacturing tasks * Setting up, operating, and programming machines * Carrying out work in the areas of drilling, CNC drilling, turning, CNC turning, milling, and CNC milling * Cutting threads, deburring, grinding, as well as reaming and broaching keyways * Carrying out quality controls, measurements, and tests with modern measuring instruments as well as height measuring devices * Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows Your profile: * Completed basic mechanical training EFZ * Experience in mechanical manufacturing * Master craftsman course an advantage * Good knowledge in the areas of CNC machining, measurement technology, and quality awareness * Confident handling of common IT applications * Independent, structured, and reliable way of working * High social competence as well as patience and understanding when dealing with young people * Team-oriented, committed, and responsible personality * Role model function regarding quality, occupational safety, and corporate culture We offer: * Exciting and varied activity with personal responsibility * Structured induction phase * Personal and professional development opportunities * Independent work and room for initiative * Attractive social and insurance benefits * Independent work and room for initiative * 42-hour week in a flexitime model, 25 vacation days and 7 cantonal holidays * Freshly cooked lunch in the company canteen * Free parking and benefits platform SWIBECO * No recruitment agencies.
