We are looking for one of our clients, a Programming Methods Technician to develop programs for the company's machining equipment, ensuring optimal manufacturing quality

Job description
--------------------

• Creation of complete programs on the CAM software CREO and GIBBSCAM, all other CAM software welcome
• Proven experience of several years in machining on machines (turning, milling) with expertise in ISO programming and CAM
• Participate in the development of manufacturing instructions for the machining part
• Basics in CAD on CREO are welcome
• Simulation and optimization of programs
• Setup on machines with the setters, and monitoring of pre-series until production start
• Creation of assembly sheets and parts and tool nomenclatures
• Provide technical support in the workshop to the mechanics
• Actively participate in the integration of new machining machines
• FIXED position

Profile sought
-----------------

• To have a training such as ES Technician in microtechnology, or BTS or License in Production
• To have solid experience in CAM programming and in the manufacture of mechanical parts
• To have excellent knowledge in CNC Milling and Turning, knowledge of CNC finishing machines is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in reading plans.
• To have a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions.
• To be comfortable with IT tools
• To have an excellent sense of communication to exchange with the BT and the machining workshops
• Team spirit, and to be proactive within the framework of continuous improvement
