On our ward, we care for 32 neurological patients in double rooms. The organization is divided into two areas, each managed by interprofessional teams with different qualifications.

Due to their illnesses, our patients often require comprehensive support in everyday life. We ensure professionally competent, empathetic, and respectful care according to recognized concepts such as Bobath, Kinästhetik, and F.O.T.T.

A versatile range of tasks from basic and treatment care requires professional competence and a sense of responsibility. An open and constructive error culture is as self-evident to us as close interdisciplinary cooperation, which ensures holistic care.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct influence on the healing and treatment process
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Through close cooperation with various specialist disciplines, you contribute significantly to holistic treatment and rehabilitation
• Diversity: You can look forward to varied and responsible tasks. Flexibility and learning opportunities arise from the diverse medical histories of our patients

Your profile

• Education: You have completed recognition as a Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or an equivalent training with at least one positive SRK-PreCheck
• Experience: You bring experience in dealing with complex care situations and medical technology
• Commitment: You are committed to interdisciplinary cooperation
• Personality: You are a strong communicator with high customer orientation, social competence, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterized by flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance
