What you will do
Responsibility for smooth service and caterings
Compliance with and optimization of process specifications (quality, hygiene, and procedures)
Active cooperation at the front and delivery of caterings
Preparation of coffee specialties and cocktails
Diverse administrative tasks (daily accounts, orders, etc.)

What you bring with you
Experience in gastronomy, ideally in system gastronomy, combined with solid business flair
Very good IT user knowledge and German language skills at level C1–C2; other foreign languages (English, Italian, French) are an advantage
Warm and proactive host personality with confident manners and a sovereign appearance in front of the guest
Hands-on, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented with joy in taking responsibility and being successful together

Your place of work
In the catering department of the Polyterrasse at ETH Zürich, we look after a versatile range of events – from a small coffee break to a festive master celebration with up to 500 guests. The place of work is predominantly in the main building of ETH, but also includes events in various annex buildings.
