You will support project managers in the analysis of business and IT issues as well as in the development of solution proposals. As part of a team, you will develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the appropriate solution is found, you will help with its sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction. Progressively, you will take on more responsibility, up to managing entire work packages or a project sub-direction. As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you will establish lasting contacts and continually expand your network. Furthermore, you have the possibility to actively participate in the APP joint venture and significantly shape our future.   What we expect · University degree in business informatics, engineering and natural sciences, law or business administration with a strong IT orientation · Experience in project management or business analysis as well as a proven affinity for IT in studies, profession, volunteering or leisure · Preferably experience in public administration, justice, the financial sector or healthcare · Ability to assimilate quickly, strong analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach · Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented working method, combined with a pleasure of working in a team · Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure in establishing relationships of trust · Written and oral proficiency in German. Very good knowledge of English and French are a plus · Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland   Why APP?
