You are responsible for the maintenance and projects for single- or multi-product plants. The complete list of our global benefits can also be found at: Your tasks: You are responsible for the planning and implementation of investment and conversion tasks in an automated production plant for pharmaceutical active ingredients. The focus is on the continuous adaptation and improvement of plants, processes and product changes in order to permanently meet the requirements for quality, safety and performance. You ensure the smooth operation as well as the reliable performance of highly automated production plants equipped with DeltaV and MES systems. The GMP-compliant execution of all activities – including inspections, documentation and change management – takes place using specialized systems such as Kneat and Ubik. You create and maintain plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to permanently ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The coordination and monitoring of your projects regarding functionality, performance, costs and deadlines is as much part of your area of responsibility as the accompaniment of the projects from planning to successful commissioning. Through efficient planning and organization of maintenance, you support ongoing operations and guarantee optimal safety and availability of the plants. With your innovative and proactive way of working, you promote technological developments and actively participate in cross-functional committees. Your profile: Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical, automation or systems engineering or computer science Initial professional experience in plant or project engineering, in maintenance as well as in the new construction of plants – ideally in a GMP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical or chemical industry Knowledge of GMP, COMOS, DeltaV, MES as well as SAP Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as an independent and flexible way of working Strong teamwork skills and very good communication skills Good German and English skills in spoken and written form Business thinking, high motivation and readiness for change round off your profile Lonza's products and services have a positive impact on millions of people every day.
