Foreman Track Construction

We are a construction company headquartered in Immensee (SZ), active in the sectors of structural, civil, track deep, track, and road construction. To strengthen our motivated and multicultural team, we are looking for a hands-on and reliable personality as a Foreman Track Construction, starting immediately or by arrangement.

These tasks await you:

• Technical and personnel leadership of track construction sites
• Responsibility for the execution of orders and projects
• Monitoring and reporting of the work to be performed
• Interface between the construction manager and the work group
• Training, instructing, and leading the construction site personnel
• Responsibility for the execution and control of occupational safety on one's own construction site

What you should bring with you:

• Completed basic training in the construction industry
• Several years of experience in a comparable function
• Further training as a foreman desirable
• Willingness for flexible work assignments
• Resilient & team-oriented personality
• High technical and social competence
