Tasks

• Installation and support of clients, peripheral devices and mobile devices
• First-level support and collaboration in the helpdesk
• Support, maintenance and expansion of ICT systems
• Planning and execution of Windows client rollouts
• Software provisioning for Windows clients (MS Intune/SCCM)
• Collaboration in projects for the introduction of new systems and applications

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an ICT specialist, computer scientist in systems engineering or business informatics or comparable qualification as well as ideally experience in support and operations
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Windows Client, O365, AD)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Team player with enjoyment of independent work in a dynamic environment
• Will to learn new things and tackle challenges flexibly
• Affable personality with high customer and service orientation
• Driver's license Type B
