The outpatient clinic department in the Clinical Operations area ensures that everything in our medical specialties, from scheduling to reporting, is smoothly organized from Monday to Friday within regular daily working hours.
For this versatile, responsible, and lively task, we are looking for a committed personality as a specialist for the orthopaedic outpatient clinic, effective immediately or by arrangement. The preferred working days are Tuesday all day, Wednesday half day, and Thursday all day.

Your tasks
Ensuring a smooth workflow of the outpatient clinics as well as assisting in other specialist areas
The scheduling of outpatient, treatment, and diagnostic appointments
Preparation and follow-up of the outpatient rooms (checking as well as replenishing materials and medications, providing devices and cleaning them, preparing outpatient-specific lists, forms, and brochures)
Writing from dictaphone, correcting medical reports as well as sending them, independent processing and setting up of workflows
Coordination of internal and external inquiries from patients as well as referrers via email and telephone (reports, prescriptions, appointments)
The conscientious maintenance of electronic patient files (KISIM/Business Central)
If necessary, performing specific activities in the area of operation with patient care as well as assistance in the outpatient clinics
Your profile
A completed vocational training as MPA, medical secretary
A high affinity for handling medical technology devices and PC
Farsighted organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-oriented, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
With your stylish German and sound terminology knowledge, you reflect our professionalism when writing from dictaphone, as well as in the processing of all correspondence
