Tasks

Support

You advise and support asylum seekers and refugees within the framework of statutory social assistance.

Advise and network

In direct contact, you advise and orient, including on housing, health, education, and integration. You work closely with our internal specialist departments and other public and private institutions.

Taking responsibility

In ensuring general and situation-related social assistance benefits, you work together with commercial case managers and administrative services.

Profile

Experience

You have experience in counseling - preferably - in the asylum and refugee sector. Working in a statutory context and ensuring subsistence according to legal entitlements brings you joy.

Personality

As a stable personality with emotional stability, you bring empathy for people from other cultures as well as the ability to set boundaries. You are resilient, flexible, and a team player.

Education

You have training as a social worker HF/FH or a comparable qualification.

Language

Good foreign language skills are an advantage (E/F).
