Your responsibilities Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC flat and profile grinding machines Manufacturing precision parts according to drawings, work schedules, and quality specifications Measuring, testing, and documenting the manufactured parts Making necessary corrections and program adjustments Carrying out grinding wheel changes and simple maintenance work Supporting adjacent production areas Contributing improvement suggestions as part of the continuous improvement process Your profile Completed basic mechanical training, as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, or equivalent qualification Alternatively, several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing Experience in CNC grinding, preferably in flat or profile grinding Confident handling of technical drawings, work and test plans Good knowledge of measurement and testing technology Willingness to work in a 3-shift system Good German language skills in word and writing SAP and PC user knowledge are an advantage Independent, precise, and quality-conscious work Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality Willingness to learn and openness to new tasks Your perspective !
