Accompany children directly in everyday school life. Help to ensure that integration succeeds.

You accompany one or more integrated special education children in their everyday school life at regular schools. Together with teachers, assistants, families and specialist agencies, you develop solutions that enable participation and promote development.

• You work closely with the teacher and jointly develop solutions that help children in everyday school life.

• You manage your cases independently, plan support goals and record the development of the children in support plans and learning reports.

• You work closely with teachers, parents and the integration team of LERNBAHN and can count on professional exchange at any time.
• Working flexibly
• With a workload between 8 and 40 %, the position can be well reconciled with your personal situation.

This is what your daily work looks like

• You accompany one or more children directly in their regular class and support them in mastering everyday school life as independently as possible. Together with the teacher, you consider which support is sensible and implement this directly in lessons.
• You observe the development of the children, plan the next support steps and document them in support plans and learning reports.
• In exchange with parents, teachers and the integration team, you develop solutions that benefit the children in the long term.
• Every assignment is different. It is exactly this variety that makes your work varied and meaningful.
